Applicant submits here with a non-refundable payment of $60.00 for the Application fee. If the application is not approved, the Application Fee will be retained by management to cover the cost of processing the application. Any false information will constitute grounds for rejection of application. Management or his agent is hereby expressly authorized to verify the accuracy and correctness of the statements contained herein, to communicate with applicant’s employers and creditors, and to procure such information before it can be processed by management. The amount that Applicant(s) must submit as a Security Deposit will be determined once all application information has been processed. The Security Deposit can range from 1/2 to 2 month’s rent.
Holding Fee Agreement
Applicant has deposited a Holding Fee of $150 in consideration for owner taking the pertaining apartment home off of the market and reserving it for said prospective Resident for 15 days from the date below or until said unit is ready.
This Holding Fee becomes non-refundable upon receipt, and is only refunded if applicant is not approved.
Once the lease agreement has been executed, and all other funds have been collected, the $150 Holding Fee will be refunded back to Resident, by deducting it from applicant’s first full month’s rent.
A Holding Fee may also be accepted by the prospective Resident to reserve a place on our waiting list. In this case, the Holding Fee will reserve an apartment for 30 days once the prospective Resident is notified that the apartment is available.
